Our halls are designed so that two functions can run on the same evening independently. Each room has its own entrance, service corridor and washrooms.

Catering, staging, floral setup, lighting and AV are handled by our own teams. One coordinator stays with you from the first walkthrough to the final invoice.

Visit the halls, see a dressed table and confirm the date is open.

Tasting

Sit with the banquet chef and finalise the menu for up to four people.

Hold & Contract

A deposit holds the date; the balance is due before the event.

Setup starts hours ahead; your coordinator stays until the last guest.

Banquet Questions

All food is prepared in our kitchen. We can accommodate specific recipes if notified in advance, and outside sweets or cakes brought by the family are welcome.

Yes. We can block a set of rooms at a group rate for your guests and release any unsold rooms two weeks before the event date.

Final numbers are confirmed 72 hours before the event. We can absorb a reasonable increase; larger changes may require a different hall subject to availability.

Yes — projector, screen, microphone and basic sound system are included with all hall bookings. Our team handles setup and operates it during the event.
